COVID-19 Update on 25 March

We want to be able to provide some reassurance about the service you can expect from us during the current Covid-19 emergency.

The Welcome Centre will remain open until further notice but will be limited to Rough Sleepers only. We would ask that people who have accommodation should follow Government instructions to stay at home.

We will continue to observe and follow the guidance from Public Health England, The Government and Homeless Link to ensure that we reduce risks as much as possible whilst operating our limited service.

Opening times until further notice:

Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm

Closed from 1pm until the following morning.

A Telephone service will operate from 1pm - 3pm on 0208 514 3283 for advice and enquiries.

We are not sure as yet what our service will look like in the next few days/weeks - but we will use every effort to keep the service running for as long as possible to support Rough Sleepers.

Food Donations

We are providing food parcels for those in Supported Accommodation – We have a certain amount of stock but are running low on some items. Please help by donating any of the following:

Small bottles of Water
Small Cartons of Juice
Instant Coffee
Sugar
Small Cakes / Cereal Bars
Pot Noodles / Packets of Cuppa Soups or anything that only requires hot water to be added

If you would like to order a take away pizza for the homeless, please call us to arrange.
